Hi, we have started a personal narrative piece in literacy class. The topic is a place that is important to me. The students are learning to organize their ideas using an ABC format. Under each letter they will try to post one sight, sound, smell, sound or feeling about a place that is important and interesting to them. The purpose of any narrative is to entertain the reader and share in this case a personal experience.

Having had practice using common, proper, general, specific, and plural nouns, as well as, the rules of capitalization we are now moving to grammar lessons on subjet and nouns forming a complete sentence.
